When does the Bigen Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale start?

The Bigen Black Friday sale will start on November 24th, at 12AM PST (3AM EST)

Which items will be discounted during the Bigen Black Friday Sale?

Permanent Powder Hair Color, Easy Color Natural, Easy Color Bold, Easy Color Blonde, EZ Color for Men, Semi-Permanent Hair Color, Vivid Shades, Bigen Hair Care, Dust Free Powder Lightener and 20 Volume Cream Developer.

Bigen Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale will exclude cape, tint brush and mixing bowl.

Will there be any quantity limitations to the number of products I can buy?

In order to meet the needs of our Bigen community, we have a maximum quantity limit of 6 units per product. Once you reach this quantity, you won’t be able to place any more units in the cart, unless they are of different shades or product line.

Which payment methods will be available to use during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale?

We currently accept the following payment methods Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, JCB, Diner’s Club and Elo.

ORDERS

The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale?

The products available are available while supplies last, the items will not be restocked. Items move quickly, we advise you grab them while you can! Rainchecks will not be issued for out-of-stock items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will start working on your order as soon as we get it. This means that once the order is placed, we generally can't cancel or modify your order, including payment methods, promotion code applications, items/shades, quantity, shipping method, and addresses. So be sure to double check all details on your order page before proceeding to submit.

If you realize an error immediately and your order has not shipped, we may be able to help. Reach out to us at bigenusa_support@color.us.hoyu.com with your order # to see if we can help. Please note that these requests cannot be guaranteed.

Once the order is shipped no modifications or cancellations can be made. If you would like to return or exchange any items, please wait until you have received the shipment then follow our return instructions found here.

Are you accepting orders from dealers, wholesalers, or other customers?

This website does not accept orders from dealers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell items offered on the website. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed are subject to additional credit verification. We may also require additional verifications or information before shipping any order. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items that can be purchased.

SHIPPING

Is free shipping available during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale?

We are not offering free shipping during our Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale. However, we hope that you are able to take advantage of the 60% off deal to save on your favorite or new items!

When will my order ship?

All in-stock merchandise is normally shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, this processing time may be extended. Please be assured that we are working hard to ship out items as soon as possible.

Once you order has been shipped You can check your order status with the tracking number (available on the Shipping Confirmation email) through the UPS website. If you are experiencing any delivery issues, please contact us for further assistance.

DISCOUNTS

Can I use my loyalty rewards or any other available discount during the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale?

Our Black Friday & Cyber Monday discount cannot be combined with any other offers. The 60% discount is the biggest sale of the year, so we hope you take advantage of this offer and save the others for a future date.
